Mentally challenged girl (16) raped
Maria David A 25-YEAR-OLD Angolan man was arrested for allegedly raping a 16-year-old mentally challenged girl between Saturday and Sunday at a village in the Onesi Constituency.
According to police investigation crime coordinator Deputy Commissioner Moses Simaho, the matter was reported to the police by the victim’s grandmother. Simaho said no domestic violence nor alcohol was involved.
The suspect is expected to appear before court this week.
